TUM4Mind: Staying relaxed during the exam phase from August 1st - August 12th 2022
Take a deep breath and calm down!
Starting on August 1st TUM4Mind will support you with five different relaxation workshops such as yoga, meditation and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction in German and English.
The workshops will take place via Zoom and are free of charge for TUM students.
