Healthy Habits
About our Project
Why do we struggle so much to get rid of “bad habits” and at the same time build up “healthy habits”? What does healthy even mean? In today’s society, trying to find the right things to do can be overwhelming, and focussing on all of them is almost impossible.
Our goal was to make building up “healthy habits” be fun and easy. In our project, we are focussing on daily challenges tackling different kinds of health: Physical and mental health, as well as nutrition. Furthermore, we strongly believe that the social aspect plays a major role in order to be successful. Besides challenges that include friends, family or even strangers, we encourage participants to motivate each other by sharing pictures of performing their daily challenges with their closest friends.
This all sounds amazing and you want to be part of it? Our App "BeHealthy" which enables you to configure the challenges, share motivating pictures and track your progress is available in the beta version on the app store! Check it out
While our time at TUMJA is already over, we are still continuing the development of the app and will post any updates here.
We believe that small daily changes can lead to significant improvements in well-being. Lets make these changes together to foster a healthier community across TUM, Munich and beyond!
